Technical Seminar in Crete – Comprehensive Protection of Concrete Structures

A technical seminar on “Comprehensive Protection of Concrete Structures” was successfully held on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at the GEORGIOS BAXEVANIS premises in Hersonissos, Crete.

During the seminar, comprehensive solutions and applications for the protection, waterproofing and repair of concrete structures were presented. The topics covered included concrete waterproofing using crystalline technology, flexible cementitious waterproofing systems, concrete repair materials, epoxy floor coatings, as well as sealants and bonding products.

The event also included a presentation of the PENETRON corporate profile, the PENETRON^® System, and selected applications and reference projects. The presentation was delivered by Theodoros Mentzikofanis, Managing Director & Investment Shareholder of Penetron Hellas.

The seminar continued with Kyriakos Petrou, Technical Support Department Director of Penetron Hellas, who presented product applications and technical solutions designed to address a wide range of requirements for the protection and rehabilitation of concrete structures.

The event concluded with an open discussion and a Q&A session, providing participants with the opportunity to exchange technical knowledge, views and practical experience. A buffet dinner followed the presentations.
